Homeopathy recognises the individuality of each person. The Homeopath aims to identify the physical, mental and emotional pattern expressed by the individual and prescribe a unique remedy accordingly. The remedy sources are drawn from the world around us and stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Homeopathy offers long-term support for your general health and well being and is suitable for all ages.

Insomnia.
-
Poor resistance to infection.
-
Low energy Levels.
-
Stress and anxiety.
-
Shock.
-
Grief and bereavement.
-
Difficulties during periods of change e.g. starting school, adolescence, pregnancy and menopause.

WHAT DOES A HOMEOPATH DO?
During the initial consultation the Homeopath will carefully listen to you, this is so that they can get to know you on a physical, mental and emotional level. The Homeopath will need to know what symptoms you are experiencing, your past medical and family history and all about your lifestyle in general. The treatment itself is directed towards the underlying cause of the illness as well as the resulting symptoms. After your initial consultation the remedy will be prescribed and sent on to you. The effects of the remedy are evaluated at a follow up consultation about a month later and future treatment will be determined at this stage. However, if you are suffering from an acute complaint a follow up appointment may be needed sooner.
