Yoga Classes - The word Yoga is derived from the Saskrit root ’yuj’ meaning to join, attach, bind, to direct and concentrate one’s attention on, to use and apply and union. The discipline of yoga draws on many different elements of the body - posture, rhythmic control of the breath, concentration and meditation. These combine to keep the body healthy, strong and tranquil.
The Studio at the Vitality Centre offers a variety of classes given by a highly experienced team of instructors. Each instructor draw from and combine varying styles of yoga disciplines to deliver an excellent experience. Classes that are purely one discipline will be identified on the schedule.
