Who We AreLisa Lamberti Lisa is trained in both STOTT and BASI methods of Pilates. She enjoys working with people and is passionate about seeing their lives change through a better understanding of their bodies. She believes in allowing people to take control of their pains and restrictions and in overcoming them through consistent attention to important movement. Lisa manages the team of instructors at the Vitality Centre Pilates Equipment Studio. Feel free to contact with any questions of concerns. Sarah Littleford Sarah’s background in Ballet has given her a decided edge on understanding movement and its ability to free up the body. She displays great gentleness and understanding, really getting to the core of her clients movement potential. Sarah is trained in both Pilates and Gyrosynthesis for those needing to develop fluid movement to release tension. Jane Vatcher Jane is a highly respected instructor of the Stott Pilates method. She has a range of experience in working with rehabilitation and general strength training, and her fine attention to detail is what sets her apart as an instructor in a league of her own. We are priviledged to have Jane as part of our team, and feel confident that clients will achieve great results in working with her. Katy Klemen Katy is trained in the Pilates Foundation method which is very thorough in turning out well qualified knowledgeable instructors. Since her training, Katy has done other courses to add to her skill base, including very comprehensive Pre and Post Natal training. Using her individual flare, Katy has added a wonderful charm to our team. Lucinda Pepper With her background in ballet, Lucinda is trained in the BASI (Body Arts and Science International) method of Pilates. She has a very sincere approach to her teaching, with a real desire to give the client the absolute best in every session. Clients are guaranteed to feel the benefits of a session with Lucinda. Penney Megginson We are very fortunate to have Penney, who is a trained Physiotherapist, working for us as a Pilates instructor. She has worked in Pilates studios and physio clinics in Miami, Aspen, LA, San Francisco and Sydney, and also owned and operated a pilates studio and health centre in Edinburgh. Penney is trained in the Polestar method of Pilates, which has a very bold emphasis on rehabilitation. |
