By integrating the body with mind, emotions, and spirit, the Nia Technique provides people a holistic fitness experience. Nia’s workout enlivens the entire body while at the same time uses the mind to think, choose, make decisions, and be creative. This work guides people to awakened higher states of consciousness and to a more intimate relationship with their own spirit. The group experience makes room for people to personalise the work making the experience richer and deeper both inside and outside of class.
