Jess has trained in Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki I and II and is a Reiki Master, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Spiritual Healing and Deep Tissue work.

For Jess the initial pert of each treatment is essential to dvelop a relationship with the patient and understand what it is that they need. With every treatment Jess aims to take her patient to a place of deep relaxation and peace and at the same time loosen their muscles and so release tension. If needed Jess uses the healing power of colour to focus energy into stagnant areas and help the patient relax.

Jess was inspired by treatment that she had received over the years – the profound effect they had on her is what made her want to learn and share with others.
