I am a qualified Premier International personal trainer, sports nutritionist and sports injury therapist with a foundation diploma in osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy.
I am also qualified in Alan Herdman’s unique, specialised, remedial technique of teaching Pilates, which strengthens and rehabilitates those with acute and chronic injuries, postural and alignment problems, strengthens the body both pre and post pregnancy, and complements individuals existing exercise programmes.
I have worked in several diverse studio environments, teaching both private one on one sessions as well as instructing groups. I have also taught a diverse range of matwork classes.
I am currently studying BASI (Body Arts and Science International) and have recently completed the mat work certificate with Amit Younger. In order to complement this certification, I will soon finalise the equipment qualification as well.
I also study cranial sacral, meditation, art; I write, paint and am a student of energy, movement and the balance of mind body and spirit.
