These drop in classes focuses on correct body alignment, precision of postures, stretching and relaxation to uncover the stillness within. We have all levels, intermediate and advanced classes – something for everyone!
If you have any questions, please arrive 5mins earlier so you can speak to the instructor. If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant please bring a doctors note with you, clearing you for exercise. Check with your instructor before beginning the class.
