Graham wanted to become a yoga teacher because of his own deep love and belief in the life enhancing qualities that regular dedicated yoga practice and study with his Guruji, Stephan Coburg, helped him to create.

His classes are very grounded and strong, focused upon building stamina and strength, which is reflective of his own personal sadhana.

Graham’s students love the diversity, challenge and personal growth his classes bring to them.

His style of teachings include Hatha, Dynamic, Dynamic Flow, Vinyasa, Yogalates, Ashtanga. Under his guruji’s guidance he is constantly developing his sadhana and teaching of all levels including advanced classes.

Graham continues to benefit on a personal level from his teacher’s unique and influential style of yoga, which creates a dynamic and ever evolving understanding of how yoga can be used to access the limitless capabilities of the mind.

Graham’s Background

After suffering for many years with backache, tension headaches and stress, Graham was fortunate enough to discover yoga as a positive means to help relieve his discomfort and anxiety.

After completing several introductory Hatha yoga courses while at university, Graham started practicing yoga on a regular basis studying with Rod Watson in the Ashtanga tradition in Manchester.

Under the close tutelage of his Guruji, Graham went on to study yoga with The Radiant Hand School of Yoga, and graduated after a few years. After qualifying and demonstrating suitable skill and competency, Graham took the leap of faith and left his position in Office Management and started teaching yoga full time as his sadhana.

Graham has also qualified in Nuad Boran Northern Style of Thai Yogic Massage and is currently studying other forms of healing with his Guruji.

Joanna is an energetic, conscientious, and passionate yoga teacher.

She started practicing in 1995 and later trained with Ruth White, qualifying as a Kuruna Yoga teacher in 2002. (Yoga Alliance Registered School RYS500US)

Her teaching is influenced by the wide variety of yoga disciplines she has practiced herself. These include Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, as well as the teachings of Donna Holleman and Donna Farhi.
Joanna’s style of yoga is mainly ‘flow’, synchronizing breath & movement by linking postures together to form a variety of sequences, creating strength, flexibility, balance and a sense of well being. She also teaches Gentle Yoga suited to students who require a restorative practice to open and stretch the body relieving stiffness, relax the mind and enhance vitality.

Best known for her friendly, easy to follow style of teaching, Joanna is experienced in instructing complete beginner to advanced students in group classes and individually.

For further information contact Joanna on 07974 828868

Testimonials:

“I have been going to Joanna’s classes for over 2 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine life without them! Whatever level you are at, however you’re feeling that day, she manages to tailor the class to suit your needs, and I always leave feeling restored and revived. She is a brilliant teacher, and I hope to continue my yoga journey with her in the future. And maybe even one day do a headstand.”

Born in Brazil to English parents, Sharon has lived in London for 20 years. She discovered yoga 13 years ago and has been teaching since 2002.

With both Iyengar and Scaravelli influences in her practice and a particular interest in anatomy, Sharon doesn’t teach one particular style of yoga, preferring to encourage students to experience and explore movement and postures through the release of tension and the use of the breath.

Classes are accessible to all ages, abilities and experience, and will encourage students to challenge themselves physically and mentally.

Check our timetable or call reception for class times or more informaiton about Sharon.
